Griselda Flores' Grandmother
A conversation with staff at the Orange County Coroner's office about Griselda Flores' death, raised red flags for her son Richard Cardenas and the family.
"They made it seem like this was not the first call that they had," Cardenas said.
Assistant Chief Deputy Coroner Brad Olsen says that's right.
Olsen told Eyewitness News a handful of deaths, including Flores', are under investigation because they happened one to three days after the person got a COVID-19 vaccine dose.

Additional deaths have been reported since the initial pause of the Johnson & Johnson Covid-19 vaccination:
The family of a 35-year-old woman says she died “as the result of complications after receiving the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine.”
Anne VanGeest, 35, Animal Worker
“It is with profound sadness that we share the news of Anne’s passing Anne (Annie), who was 35, was a loving mother, wife, sister and daughter,” according to a statement from her family.
Her death certificate lists her cause of death as as “natural” and says the cause was “acute subarachnoid hemorrhage non-traumatic.”
Federal regulators on April 13 recommended a temporary pause in distribution of J&J’s COVID-19 vaccine amid reports of “extremely rare” but severe blood clots. At the time, the Associated Press reported that the blood clots had occurred in six women between the ages of 18 and 48, and that “one person died, and the remaining cases remain under investigation.”

US Sent Canada Johnson & Johnson Vaccines From Plant That Contaminated Up to 62 Million Doses
Emergent Biosolutions production was shut down by the FDA after the agency determined that the Johnson & Johnson Subcontractor contaminated up to 62 million doses of the company's Janssen Covid-19 vaccine with the active ingredient of AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine. (AstraZeneca is not approved in the US and has been discontinued in Norway due to blood clotting risks).
Health Canada had issued a statement on April 25, 2021 announcing Janssen vaccination coming into the country would not come from the Baltimore factory that remains under investigation and does NOT have FDA approval to manufacture any component of the vaccination.
"In addition to safety questions about its COVID-19 vaccine, Johnson & Johnson (J&J) is facing manufacturing challenges as a key partner, Emergent Biosolutions Inc., has yet to get FDA approval to manufacture or distribute the vaccine or its components in the U.S".

Media Continues to Report Post Covid-19 Vaccination Deaths As Covid-19 Infection Morbidities Despite Severe Testing Flaws, Peer Review Determining Tests Unsuitable for Sars CoV2 Diagnosis
Despite extensive documentation from public government health organization and medical peer review documenting significant reliability issues with Covid-19 tests, doctors are continuing to utilize faulty test methods for diagnosis of Covid-19 infection symptoms.
International expert peer review curated by the International Consortium of Science has deemed the Sars CoV2 PCR tests (virus attributed to cause Covid-19 infection symptoms 'useless' for detection of the virus, and it has been widely documented that a simple testing recommendation protocol flaw was generating majority false positives last summer. PCR tests is the main diagnostic tool utilized for Covid-19 diagnosis.
"In light of our re-examination of the test protocol to identify SARS-CoV-2 described in the Corman-Drosten paper we have identified concerning errors and inherent fallacies which render the SARS-CoV-2 PCR test useless".
Many health care professionals are unaware of the testing issues, with outreach, by this health professional groups seeking to educate peers, documenting the majority of health care providers contacted simply are unaware of the problem.
Covid-19 attributed infections present as many other respiratory infections and health disorders. A positive test is not proof of Covid-19 infection according to the CDC own Emergency Use Guidelines for PCR test use, the test is non-specific to RNA shortened segment attributed Sars CoV2:

• Detection of viral RNA may not indicate the presence of infectious virus or that 2019-nCoV is the causative agent for clinical symptoms.
• The performance of this test has not been established for monitoring treatment of 2019-nCoV infection.
• The performance of this test has not been established for screening of blood or blood products for the presence of 2019-nCoV.
• This test cannot rule out diseases caused by other bacterial or viral pathogens.
Covid-19 attributed infection symptoms mirror those of many other respiratory virus illness and other disease, a positive test does not mean actual infection with the virus, and articles proclaiming breakthrough cases or deaths due to Covid-19 post vaccination may actually be signs of injury from the vaccination itself.
Public health officials should be conducting full postmortem autopsy investigations into post Covd-19 vaccination deaths. A positive test for Sars CoV2 is in no way proof an individual died from a Sars CoV2 infection.
All research and Covid-19 vaccine safety and efficacy trials utilizing PCR testing for diagnosis and end points measurements have severely corrupted data due to use of test method unsuitable for study of virus PCR is unsuitable to detect.
